In her pursuit for the answers of how to attain and maintain optimal health, she's studied various areas of health for over 20 years from sports coaching, TAFE and university, to seminars and workshops, and the list goes on.
Jen is a highly-experienced physiotherapist with over 12 years’ experience. She became a certified results coach as a result of her own personal struggles and seeing the struggles of her physio patients. She wanted to strengthen her mindset, develop more resilience and have the ability to help others with more than just their muscles and joints.
As a result of years of study and experience, Jen has become an expert in human performance. She is the founder of jenedge.com and has been invited to present for organisations such as Aussie Home Loans and P&O Cruises.
