For people who struggle to find time to make it to the physiotherapist during business hours.

The physiotherapist comes to you.

Specialising in after hours and weekend appointments.

Jen completed her BA in Human Movement Studies undergraduate degree at UTS and then worked in the sports laboratory at the Narrabeen Academy of Sport.

She also worked as a personal trainer and found that a lot of her client's were suffering with injuries or long-term pain.

Her prescription of an exercise program proved to be an effective way to ease her client's  pain and enabled them to lead more active lifestyles.

These results led to her decision to enrol in the Masters of Physiotherapy course at the University of Sydney. Jen qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004. She worked in a private practice for 18 months before deciding to travel through Europe and settle in the UK for 4 years where she worked at a variety of places including the outpatient department at a NHS hospital.

Jen completed a number of short courses including; Acupuncture, Kinetic Control of the Lumbar Spine, Mulligan’s Technique and Myofascial Release Level 1 & 2, Sports Level 1.

Since returning from the UK, Jen has continued to work in Sydney at private practices, including Active Motion and Sports Lab.

Jen is particularly interested in the connection between pain and the mind and how this impacts on people's quality of life.
